The RNP District nipper carnival hosted by Burning Palms last Saturday 14th January 2012 was a roaring success.
We had 88 nippers in attendance, 26 from Burning Palms (a club record), 26 from Era and 36 from Garie, and at least 100 adults in attendance. The track, beach and clubhouse were all busy.
On Saturday, the rain held off and more than 80 of the Nippers along with supporters gathered at Burning Palms for the annual District Nipper carnival. Friendly compeition and sportsmanlike behaviour came to the fore with all three clubs participating in a variety of swim, wade, beach and other fun events.
A more detailed report will follow - see our photo's below.
